HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER?
I have been a wedding photographer for over 30 years (I started when I was very young!)
ARE YOU INSURED?
We are fully business insured, if in the unlikely event something should go wrong. We always recommend you take out your own wedding insurance as well.
DO YOU HAVE BACK UP CAMERAS?
Yes we have several professional DSLR's and a wide range of fast, professional lenses.
I SEE YOU ARE IN DORSET, DO YOU COVER OTHER AREAS?
Yes, we will travel to any destination. Locations outside of the 10 mile radius from Poole/Bournemouth may attract travelling costs which we will keep to a minimum.
WHAT ABOUT THE GROUP PHOTOS?
We are happy to include these and will consult with you regarding your requirements prior to your wedding day.
HOW DO WE BOOK?
Please contact us to check availability. We are happy to meet you first, or you can book via email. We can send you our booking forms and instructions to pay the fee.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE DOWNLOAD?
Your download will contain all the final, high resolution edited images from the day in JPEG format. A CD or USB memory stick containing the images is available at extra cost. The files are sized at approx 16" x10" @ 300ppi.
DO I OWN COPYRIGHT OF THE IMAGES?
No, we retain copyright of all our wedding photography. We issue you a 'licence to print and show' your images for personal use. The images are copyright logo free. Should any of the other businesses involved in your wedding request images from you, please refer them to us where we will normally be happy to oblige.
CAN I PUT THE IMAGES ON FACEBOOK?
Yes, we include all the images at a lower resolution with our watermark on. These can be used for social media sites.
HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP THE IMAGES FOR?
At the moment we store the final edited images indefinitely on DVD's and on external hard drives for 1 year.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CAN'T ATTEND MY WEDDING?
The only reason we couldn't attend would be through serious illness or an accident. We would arrange for another professional photographer of a similar standard to attend.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
We believe our photography and the service we offer is fantastic value for money. Apart from your memories which fade over time (our images won't!), your photographs are one of the few things which will remain with you for a lifetime (and future generations).
HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU TAKE?
There is no limit to the number of images we take during our time with you. We would expect to include between 200 and 400 images from the day after careful editing.
CAN I PURCHASE AN ALBUM?
Yes. We use professional album suppliers. These can be included in your package or you can decide after the wedding.
ARE YOU ABLE TO 'SAVE THE DATE' FOR US WHILST WE MEET WITH OTHER PHOTOGRAPHERS?
Unfortunately not. However, if we make an appointment to see you we will hold the date until we meet. A date is only 'secure' once we have received the booking fee of £275.
WHEN AND HOW DO WE PAY THE BALANCE WE OWE YOU?
Any balance owing is due 1 month before the wedding. Payments can be made through internet banking or by credit or debit card. Details will be provided.
CAN OUR GUESTS VIEW OUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHS?
Your wedding photographs are available to view online in our website password protected client area. The photos and a variety of products are available to purchase through our online facility.
CAN YOU STAY LONGER?
We offer additional time at £35 per half hour or part thereof.
WE WOULD LIKE TO GO TO A BEAUTY SPOT FOR SOME PHOTOS OF JUST THE TWO OF US
No problem. This is included in the price but you may need to consider additional coverage depending on location, we offer additional time at £35 per half hour or part thereof.
